Credit Control - essentials of credit control

Course Overview

Is credit control part of your role?

Are slow payments and bad debts affecting your business?

Slow payment and bad debts can have a serious impact on the profitability of a business. You will learn the true cost of credit and how this cost can be reduced. We will also look at ways of minimising the risks associated with credit and suggest procedures and controls to improve the function of the Credit Department.

Our course also gives an introduction to the use of the County Court and an overview of how new legislation affects the credit function and the growing role of the Internet in credit control.

Essentially this is a course for modern credit controllers working at the business end of collection wishing to improve their credit control skills.

The presenter is Elizabeth Quinn, an experienced trainer with a clear and practical approach. She has an all round knowledge of running a business and the impact that credit control imposes on the financial health of a company.
